Our RNF-1 peptide is scientifically designed to initiate cellular responses of repair and regeneration, targeting growth layers of the skin. When beginning the Rejuvenator treatment one should always start with the Mild strength due to the highly active RNF-1 peptide and move up only when directed by your skincare professional.

Who it's for

Ultra Rejuvenator is the strongest tier of Viktoria DeAnn's three-level Rejuvenator Series (Mild → Medium → Ultra), and it's meant for skin that's already conditioned/tolerant to the line's key peptide. It's aimed at people dealing with visible aging, sun damage, uneven texture and tone, pigmentation, skin laxity, dehydrated skin, and even acne/breakout-prone skin. Because it's the highest-strength version, brands explicitly say to start with Mild first and only progress to Medium or Ultra once your skin has built tolerance — so if you're new to this line, Ultra usually isn't the recommended starting point unless a professional has moved you up to it.

How to use it correctly

  1. Cleanse first, and apply any other Restore-phase peptide serums you use.
  2. Apply a thin layer to dry face, neck, and décolletage — avoiding the eye area.
  3. Allow it to fully absorb into the skin.
  4. Follow with your Protect phase (moisturizer/SPF, etc.).
  5. Typically used once or twice daily as directed, working up in frequency/strength as your skin builds tolerance to the active RNF-1 peptide.

Key ingredients & what they do

  • Oligopeptide-RNF-1 – the core active peptide of the whole series; scientifically designed to initiate cellular repair and regeneration signals, targeting the skin's growth layers to support balanced cell turnover and a more resilient, youthful look.
  • Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) – supports a smoother, brighter complexion and helps refine texture and tone.
  • Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) – hydrating and supports skin barrier health.
  • Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) – antioxidant that helps protect skin and support tissue health.
  • Coconut Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol – emollients and texture-building agents that give the cream its moisturizing base and smooth application.
  • Allantoin – soothing and skin-conditioning.
  • Hydrogenated Phosphatidylcholine – a phospholipid that helps deliver actives into the skin and supports the skin barrier.

Note: Medium and Ultra share the same ingredient list — Ultra just has these ingredients at higher concentrations, which is why the RNF-1 peptide hits harder in this version.

Layering with retinol, vitamin C, or exfoliating acids

  • Retinol: Use caution. Since Ultra Rejuvenator is already the most active step in a "build tolerance gradually" system, stacking it with retinol at the same time can increase risk of irritation, especially since you're advised to work up to Ultra strength slowly on its own. If you want to use both, consider alternating nights (retinol one night, Rejuvenator the next) rather than layering them in the same routine, at least until you know how your skin responds.
  • Vitamin C: Generally fine to combine — vitamin C in the morning and this peptide treatment as part of your regular routine shouldn't conflict, though as always, introduce new combinations gradually.
  • Exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA): Same caution as retinol — this is a "strongest formula" product intended for skin that's already conditioned, so pairing it with active exfoliating acids in the same session increases the chance of over-exfoliation or irritation. It's safer to separate them (e.g., acids on alternate days, or acids in your cleanser/toner step earlier and Rejuvenator later) unless a skincare professional overseeing your treatment plan has told you it's fine to combine.

Given this is a clinical-grade, esthetician-guided line (the brand recommends calling to confirm the right strength for your skin), it's worth checking with whoever recommended it to you before combining it with other active ingredients, since tolerance-building is central to how this product is meant to be used.

Fragrance-free / cruelty-free / vegan

  • Fragrance-free: Yes — one review directly describes it as fragrance-free, and there's no fragrance/parfum listed in the ingredients.
  • Cruelty-free: I couldn't find a clear, direct statement from Viktoria DeAnn confirming cruelty-free status, and it doesn't appear on major cruelty-free trackers (like PETA's list) that I could locate. I'd recommend contacting the brand directly (they list a customer service phone number) to confirm.
  • Vegan: Not explicitly stated by the brand. Looking at the ingredient list, I don't see obvious animal-derived ingredients (no beeswax, carmine, lanolin, or collagen), but "Hydrogenated Phosphatidylcholine" can be sourced from either soy (plant) or egg yolk — so without the brand confirming the source, I can't say for certain it's vegan.
