Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Pure Dermal Care for your skincare needs. We believe that professional products used prescriptively make a difference. No two people are alike. Please contact us if you are having a reaction to something you are using. We are happy to help you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer a partial refund or exchange for all item(s) you didn't enjoy for any reason the first time you purchase it/them as long as the return is within 30 days. The refund will be based on the amount of the product used. We may ask for product pictures to better access the problem.
To be eligible for full compensation for your return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We make every effort to ensure that your package arrives safely. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In order to offer the best experience to our customers, Pure Dermal Care reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy, including fraud or reselling.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are only eligible for the same product or alternate product of equal or similar value. After 30 days, we will not exchange or credit an order.
Refunds
Refunds will not include shipping costs. You will be responsible for returning the item. To initiate the return, email us the concern and order number at puredermalcare@gmail.com. Discount codes can't be applied after a purchase has been processed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
