LYNETTE KOTSAY BEARD, learned that ingredients matter. The puzzle to her skin created the impetus to change careers from professional communicator to licensed esthetician in 2008. Had she found answers elsewhere, she'd be on a completely different life path.

Her goal is to transform skin using the innate ability of cells to be healed. Micro can be found in many of the names of the modalities now at work in her practice.

She enjoys mentoring young, up and coming esthetics pros both here and abroad.

Outside of helping clients be the best they can be, Lynette loves to serve people, explore through travel, the outdoors or loving on her family.

Lynette’s goals are to

• Skip products, methods and equipment that aren’t holistic and that could possibly be harmful.
