Face Reality Acne Med 2.5% is a water-based gel containing 2.5% benzoyl peroxide that penetrates the pore where it fights acne-causing bacteria, helps unclog pores, and keeps them from clogging. Acne Med 2.5% is the appropriate strength for sensitive, dry, mature skin types. This is the strength that we recommend for rosacea with pustules.
